When you submit your materials, you grant Restless Collective a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish the work in any medium (physical or electronic) and that your image may be transmitted, distributed, published, displayed or otherwise under our discretion in any and all media.


Plain-speak:
By submitting your story and photograph you are giving us (Restless Collective) the rights to use your image and story in any medium. Here is how we intend to use your materials:
-In a public art show and to promote that public art show.
-Online as a part of The Geography of Youth.
-In a book about The Geography of Youth and about Millennials.
-To promote The Geography of Youth in various publications.

You are NOT:
-Forfeiting ownership of your image. You still own it and can do whatever else you want with it.
-Giving us the rights to sell your image to advertisers.
-Giving us the rights to say that we made your image or wrote your words.
-Giving us the rights to manipulate your image or words. (We sometimes correct spelling though, and if you give us your last name, we omit that from publication.)
